Terms and Conditions for WonderCow Affiliate Program
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before applying to join the WonderCow Affiliate Program. By participating in the Program, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Program Overview
1.1 The WonderCow Affiliate Program allows participants ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by as tracked by cookies.
4.4 Payments will be made on a regular basis, subject to a minimum payout threshold set by WonderCow.
4.5 WonderCow reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions in the event of order cancellations, refunds, or fraudulent activity.
Intellectual Property
5.1 WonderCow grants Affiliates a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use WonderCow's logos, trademarks, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Products.
5.2 Affiliates shall not modify or alter WonderCow's promoting and referring customers to purchase WonderCow products ("the Products") through their unique affiliate links.
Enrollment and Eligibility
2.1 To join the Program, individuals must be at least 18 years old and have a valid email address.
2.2 WonderCow reserves the right to reject any application to the Program for any reason, including if the applicant's website or promotional methods are deemed inappropriate or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
2.3 Affiliates must provide accurate and complete information during the enrollment process, including their name, contact information, and payment details.
Affiliate Responsibilities
3.1 Affiliates agree to promote the Products in a lawful and ethical manner, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations, and to the guidelines provided by WonderCow.
3.2 Affiliates shall not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical practices to generate referrals. At WonderCow, we commit to authentic marketing practices of integrity.
3.3 Affiliates are solely responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of their own marketing channels, including websites, social media content, regular posting, and engagement.
3.4 Affiliates may not promote the Products through spamming, unsolicited email, or any other form of intrusive or unwanted communication.
3.5 Affiliates shall not bid on WonderCow's brand terms or trademarks for any pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns.
Commissions and Payments
4.1 Affiliates will receive a commission on each qualified sale of the Products made through their unique affiliate link.
4.2 The commission rate shall be determined by WonderCow and may be subject to change at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes in commission rates.
4.3 Commissions will only be paid on verified and completed sales made by customers who have followed an affiliate link and made a purchase within 90 days of original click, logos, trademarks, or promotional materials without prior written consent.
5.3 Affiliates shall not use WonderCow's logos, trademarks, or promotional materials in any manner that may tarnish or dilute WonderCow's brand or reputation.
Termination
6.1 Either party may terminate the Affiliate's participation in the Program at any time and for any reason by providing written notice.
6.2 WonderCow may terminate an Affiliate's participation immediately and without notice if the Affiliate violates any of the terms and conditions outlined herein.
6.3 Upon termination, all unpaid commissions will be forfeited, and the Affiliate must immediately cease using WonderCow's logos, trademarks, and promotional materials.
Limitation of Liability
7.1 WonderCow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Program or these terms and conditions.
7.2 WonderCow's maximum aggregate liability to an Affiliate under this Agreement shall not exceed the total commissions earned by the Affiliate in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
Modification of Terms
8.1 WonderCow reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
8.2 Affiliates are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms and conditions. Continued participation in the Program after any modifications shall constitute acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
9.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California.
9.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.
By joining the WonderCow Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
